Wholesale Terms & Conditions

PLACING ORDERS

Orders can be placed by filling in the form on my website to become a wholesale stockist.  Once I have received your request you will be sent password to log in and place your orders.

I have a range of handmade products and also a range of cards and stationery which is manufactured in the UK.  Not all of my hand made products are available for wholesale.  There are slightly different minimum wholesale order quantities depending on what you are ordering, so please read the information carefully and get in touch is you have any queries.

MINIMUM ORDER WHOLESALE (CARDS AND STATIONERY ONLY)

There is no minimum order for cards and stationery goods. The courier charge is £10.

Orders for cards and stationery goods over £150 are eligible for free delivery in the UK.

Cards are sold in sets of 6 per design (please input in multiples of 6 when ordering, so 6, 12, 18 etc).. Gift wrap is sold in sets of 15, so please input in multiples of 15, so 15, 30, 45 etc)

MINIMUM ORDER WHOLESALE (HAND SCREEN PRINTED PRODUCTS)

The minimum order is £150 plus the delivery cost.

Orders over £250 are eligible for free delivery in the UK.

Reorder minimum is £100

DELIVERY

Delivery costs are calculated once you have placed your order.

I use couriers to deliver so please advise if there are days that you can not take deliveries

I am not responsible for delays caused by the courier company.

TURN AROUND TIMES

Orders for cards and stationery are generally shipped within 7-10 days of your order.  If the turnaround is longer, I will contact you.  For handmade screen printed goods, these take 3-4 weeks.

PAYMENT

New customers can set up a wholesale account though my website where payment is taken.

PACKAGING

My cards are packed in biodegradable cellophane to ensure that they are kept in pristine condition in your store.

DAMAGES

Please check your order on delivery and advise of any damages within 48 hours.  Damages reported after this time can not be refunded or replaced

SALE OR RETURN (SOR)

I do not offer my greeting cards and stationery products on sale or return.

SELLING ONLINE

I am really happy for you to sell my products through your own dedicated website.  However please note that selling my products through an online marketplace such as Amazon or Ebay is strictly prohibited.
